TRAINING OPTIONS

Our leather work and leather-craft courses and workshops are based in Ballito, KwaZulu Natal.

Leather improves with age, which is why leather crafts are so satisfying! Handmade leather goods are not only stylish, but will have a durability you will enjoy for years to come. Leather craft involves cutting, sewing (often hand stitching), dyeing, lining, punching holes and generally fashioning your piece of hide into bags, belts, backpacks, smartphone and tablet covers, and anything else you want to learn how to make. Experienced leather workers are a rare find these days; leather work tutors even more so.

Our one-day workshops and five-day courses cover a lot of information and, importantly, many hands-on techniques and skills. Our workshops and courses are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners and up.

Our workshops are designed to further stimulate your interest in leather craft; our courses are designed to equip you with basic-to-intermediate knowledge and skills to turn your hobby into an income-generating concern.
