Should Kimir.ro cancel or postpone a workshop or course, the client will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer payments made to the next available/suitable workshop or course date.

In the event of a workshop or course being cancelled by the client, the following refund terms will apply.  Cancellation Fees are based on the applicable standard workshop/course fee &  commencement date:

• 10 days and less notice:    forfeit 80%  -  i.e. 20% refund
• 20 to 11 days notice:         forfeit 50%  -  i.e. 50% refund
• 30 to 21 days notice:         forfeit 25%  -  i.e. 75% refund
• >31 days  notice:                forfeit 10%  -  i.e. 90% refund
